3 Ways to Create Ads That Produce Results



In a world where almost all businesses are commercialized and commoditized,


how do you stand out?


Well, if you're using advertising as a paid medium to reach people, then you're on the right track.


But the hard part comes from getting results from your ads.


Here are 3 ways you can create ads that produce results for your brand.


1.) Customer-centric ads:


Newsflash, your customers do not care about you, your business, or what you offer (product/service).


They care how it helps them solve their problems, reach their goals, benefit their lives, or raise their status.


So show them how you can help them achieve their desired outcome by using your product/service. They have a problem and you are the solution.


Remember, make it about them.


2.) Evoke emotion


People like to think they are rational and logical beings.


We are not. We are emotional and typically act in accordance with our emotions.


The quicker you can make an emotional connection and emotional tension, you will have greater success in your ads.


Make people feel something.


Using tension is a great way to make an emotional connection because it presents a problem someone cannot solve without your product/service


3.) Don't make your ad feel like an ad


Ah, yes.


The hardest part of them all for some.


We've become conditioned to ads.


We skip them on streaming services, go on our phones for TV commercials, and scroll past ads we don't like on social.


Your key to stopping thumbs: ads that don't feel like ads, but great content that people want to engage with.


One of my new favorite strategies is strategic ad placement using organic social as your testing pilot.


You can post organically on social and figure out what post(s) do(es) best, then run the highest-performing posts as ads.


In this day and age, the data is right at your fingertips, so use it to your advantage.
